At PrintX Advertising, we take pride in delivering high-quality, customized promotional items that align with your brand identity. Each product is made-to-order based on your exact specifications, and our team ensures precision from design approval to final production.
Customized Items Are Non-Returnable
Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is:
- Defective or damaged upon delivery
- Incorrect due to a production error on our part (e.g., wrong logo, color, quantity)
Please note:
- Variations in color, print positioning, or material texture that fall within standard production tolerances are not considered defects.
- Products made based on client-approved artwork or mockups cannot be returned due to dissatisfaction with design or content afterward.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from what you ordered:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Our team will investigate and, if eligible, offer a replacement or credit note.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
- The item cannot be replaced due to unavailability
- A confirmed production error is validated by our team
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled only before the design/artwork is approved and production has started.
- Once the production process begins, the order becomes final and non-refundable.
